Auntie Anne's on 86th St Shutters

Auntie Anne's Pretzels [416 86th St] shut their doors for the last time to shoppers earlier in December after nearly two years in that space.

In what amounts to a peculiar space recessed between Wendy's and the newsstand that shuttered late last year, the allure of pretzel snacks wafting in the air did not do quite enough to attract commuters and shoppers along 86th. One can only speculate the fate of both adjacent storefronts.  Combining the two storefront might be in the works.
