Nile Boutique Opens on 3rd Ave

Nile Boutique [8806 3rd Ave] opened over this weekend, after having moved from their previous store in Bath Beach/Bensonhurst (2044 86th St) to their new digs along 3rd Ave.

The fashion purveyor specializes in gowns & cocktail dresses for that special occasion.  While offering up valet parking Fri-Sun, they're in good company along 3rd Ave.

Formerly occupied by HôM, which moved next door

Most recall that this storefront was previously occupied by the restaurant-boutique, HôM, which relocated just next door. After having sat on the market for a couple months, we were alerted to the fact the space became rented in late November.
