Gourmet Deli & Grill [6805 3rd Ave] opened just prior to the turn of the new year on the 68th St corner of 3rd Ave.

What was once Sunnydale Convenience Stores, which had been shuttered for more than four years is now a gleaming new delicatessen. With the exception of 7-Eleven anchoring 65th St, this deli represents the northern-most convenience store of this size along 3rd Ave.
